The Alfredo pizza is delicious. The customer service was friendly and very helpful. I cannot wait to try their Alfredo pasta! We will be back!

The wings and pizza were delicious! It was very clean and very spacious. They have a outside area that looks fun for night time. Everyone was very nice, the service was great.

I met Jay a couple of years ago when I moved to Loudon. I was looking for Italian cuisine because that's my heritage. I found it when his restaurant was located in Loudon. The name then was Jay's New York Pizza & Grill. Not only Italian, but delicious Italian food like mama use to make it. Not only is his menu a crowd-pleaser and worth the money, but Jay and his staff are in a class by itself. Let me elaborate further of my own experience. I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran who can't walk too good. Jay saw this and went out of his way to make me as comfortable as possible. That alone money can't buy. When he undertook a new venture and moved his business to Madisonville under the name of Goodfellas New York Pizza & Grill BBQ I had my wife drive us there. Again Jay was thoughtful and helpful to my needs and stomach. Still great dishes that will make you come back for more. But again Jay showed his appreciation and concern for me and offered to deliver my order to my home. Jay God Bless You.

Service is 10/10 The first time we dined in and second time we ordered to go. The customer service is amazing, I love their southern hospitality. Thank you for making us feel welcomed! I apologize for not remembering your names, but kudos to you all for the excellent customer service! Ambiance 10/10 To the DJ that was playing music in the back, thank you! It lightened up our mood and it made our day! Wish I listened to music the first time we came in. But it's okay, it's not the end of us coming back to visit. Food 10/10 We dined in the first time and because we enjoyed our food, and customer service we came back for a second time but it was a take out order. We ordered Meatzza Pizza, pulled pork, briskets, ribs, baked beans, potato salad, mixed greens, and pastrami sandwich w/ fried okra. Meatzza Pizza 10/10- we've never been to New York so we can't compare the pizza but we can say it tasted like it came out of a brick oven. Our kids ate it all and then some. Kids approved! Pulled Pork 10/10- Reminds me of home because of the smokey taste. They offered sweet and spicy bbq sauce to add to the pulled pork. We made mini pulled pork sandwiches for the kids and they enjoyed it every bite with the sweet bbq sauce. Briskets 10/10- melts in the your mouth, with or without bbq sauce, it's delicious. Ribs 10/10- One of our kids said, look the meat fell off the bone..yummy! We tried it all with the sweet and spicy bbq sauce and it did not disappoint. As for the sides, mixed greens, baked beans, and potato salad it's flavorful and complimented very well with our main dishes.
